Relevant Security Corp presents the RPM authentication and security solution at the DoD DeVenCI NASA forum.
Denver CO, September 14, 2011 – Relevant Security Corp, a leading innovator and provider of real-time authentication and security products today participated in the Department of Defense forum for the Defense Venture Catalyst Initiative (DeVenCI) hosted in conjunction with NASA at Johnson Space Center in Houston TX. Following a recent DeVenCI workshop at NASA, staff from NASA’s IT Security team expressed interest in seeking solutions for securing high volumes of multi-cast data with advanced security solutions. To address this area of concern, Glenn Veach, CTO of Relevant Security today presented the RPM authentication and security method at the NASA DeVenCI workshop.
"With its small, light weight, real-time performance capabilities, RPM is ideal for applications such as securing multicast transactions." said Veach. "We have created a reference implementation of multicast security using our RS appliances where RPM is providing continuous, mutual authentication and security of every packet in a multicast distribution in real-time. This ensures the integrity of the transactions, as well as the authenticity of both sender and receiver.
